Components

Membrane
The roof covering of the Series 700 consists of one membrane section per arch spacing. Each membrane is inserted and held along the entire perimeter of the arch in a structural aluminum molding. This feature has the advantage of facilitating building maintenance, or even extending it without affecting the existing structure. All our membranes are made of NOVASHIELD™ canvas by IPG Intertape Polymer Group. This Canadian manufacturer has developed a fabric specifically designed to cover steel structures. We exclusively use this high-quality membrane that has proven itself. Crafted in our workshops by skilled personnel with over 20 years of experience, each membrane is checked through a series of tensile strength testing trials. Our membranes are guaranteed for up to 25 years.

Steel
All our roof structures are sized to withstand snow and wind loads where the PERMODOME™ will be erected; the diameter and thickness of the tubes, as well as the height and spacing of the arches, will be taken into account. We do not use single-tube arches or wall posts to avoid deformation; that's why the steel tubes used in our structures are of structural quality (HSS). All our walls (ends), posts, and beams (door heads) are also sized to withstand wind loads.
