Context
The Municipality of Saint-Jean-de-Dieu wished to modernize its municipal infrastructure in order to meet its evolving operational needs. Their existing facilities no longer met current requirements or modern standards for performance and functionality.

The municipality proceeded with the complete demolition of the old garage and the construction of a new, modern building designed around its current needs. In addition, a Permodome abrasive and de-icing salt shelter was installed to provide an efficient and durable storage solution.

Fast to set up and requiring low maintenance, the Permodome integrated effectively into the new municipal facilities while maximizing the available space on site.

Thanks to the addition of the Permodome, the municipality now has a storage space specifically designed to protect road abrasives and de-icing salts. This solution directly addresses the storage challenges raised by the old facilities by keeping materials sheltered from bad weather, humidity, and water infiltration, which preserves their quality and effectiveness longer.
Its large storage capacity also makes it possible to centralize essential materials for municipal operations and optimize inventory management.
